I know i took some time in updating my blog, but it was all for our benefits.
"I really want Lindsey as my girl, bu i have been so busy that i have not been able to tell her how i feel emotionally towards her. Any way i will make out time this week to tell her how bad i want her in my life". That was HE talking to me one Friday morning.
All i could do was smile because that was the 11th time HE was saying the same words to me. The only thought i had that minute was "you better make hare while the sun shines.
LESSON 2: THE MAN CALLED PROCRASTINATION.
A month later, HE walked into my room looking so sad. I asked him what the problem was and what he said was not surprising one bit. " Can you imagine how ungrateful Lindsey can be? I help her out in all possible areas, even tutor her on difficult courses yet the only thing she could pay me back with was to date the first guy that asked her out just when i was putting myself together to do that.
I couldn't help the laughter that bust out cos i warned him.
The world say opportunity comes but once but I totally disagree. What i believe is that a certain opportunity comes but once and if you don't make use of it, it slips away to the next person ready to act on it.
When we encounter certain avenues to make something out of life and we procrastinate it, like we say in Nigeria, na watsup you go chop.
Procrastination its a thief of time and nothing good comes out of it. Your time is now not later, tomorrow, next month or next year.
Sincerely lets do a little test. Ask yourself how many opportunities have you missed just because you procrastinated. I guess the answer to that should be over whelming.
If all inventors in time past has procrastinated there ideas and inventions, i don't think you will be reading this blog right now.
